Here is what you need: (Remember I have a large family. You can adjust it to your liking.)
- Chicken. Cooked and cubed. 3 breasts.
- Cream cheese. 2 containers.
- Croissants. The tubed kind. 5 of tubes.
- Cream of chicken soup. 3 cans.
- Greased cookie sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Mix together cream cheese, soup, and chicken in a bowl.
- Spread out the croissants.
- Scoop some of the filling onto the croissant.
- Roll them up.
- Pop in the oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden.
Tada. Soooooooo good. Variation: Instead of croissants, use pizza crust. Throw in the crust for a few minutes beforeĀ using the filling as the toppings, or the dough wont cook all the way. Again, sooo good.
