Here is what you need: (Remember I have a large family. You can adjust it to your liking.)

  • Chicken. Cooked and cubed. 3 breasts.
  • Cream cheese. 2 containers.
  • Croissants. The tubed kind. 5 of tubes.
  • Cream of chicken soup. 3 cans.
  • Greased cookie sheet.
  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, soup, and chicken in a bowl.
  3. Spread out the croissants.
  4. Scoop some of the filling onto the croissant.
  5. Roll them up.
  6. Pop in the oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden.

Tada. Soooooooo good. Variation: Instead of croissants, use pizza crust. Throw in the crust for a few minutes beforeĀ  using the filling as the toppings, or the dough wont cook all the way. Again, sooo good.
